This home features a flat screen HDTV, a 7′ handmade sassafras queen canopy bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops. Enjoy the rustic elegance of refurbished wood. The walls are finished with refurbished pine, and there is furniture made from refurbished wormy chestnut. My Roundette has a beautifully landscaped private garden. This garden features a trellised entrance and red wrought iron garden bench. Plants include roses, lamb’s ear, mountain mint, sedum, creeping thyme, rhododendron and many more! The Cove at Fairview has many wonderful amenities. Enjoy Koi Falls – which features two Koi ponds, several gentle waterfalls, and water plants. Visit our three horses and two mini donkeys – they always love carrots. Watch the antics of our three Nubian goats. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens.
The Cove at Fairview is conveniently located – just 15 minutes to The Biltmore House, 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Fine dining, local festivals, and mountain vistas are some of the local attractions our guests enjoy.
